"Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still."

- Dorothea Lange

So I decided to returned the school in 2008, only to discover that things had significantly changed. Despite the physical obstacles

I encountered, which led to 17 surgeries and numerous hospital stays, I overcame them all on my own. it was a bitter farewell when the school may closed in 2016, but I've since embarked on a new academic journeys.

My pursuit of graphic design at Roslyn Park College in Sandymount between 2014 and 2016, marked the beginning of a passion for the visual arts. Now, as I continue to my studies at Cavan Institute College with a focus on Art, Craft, and Design from 2016 to 2017, I was working for a short time before the pandemic came and everything was shut down since, but since pandemic came got really stress out could’nt go anywhere, So I pick up my camera again to learn about photography since I've found it very deep in love for photography again. The COVID-19 pandemic may have disrupted my career, but it ignited a new chapter in my life - a lifelong love for capturing moments through the lens,

My  Story

Hello, I'm Evan Curneen, and this is my journey.

From the moment I entered this world, I faced the challenges of being partially deaf and hard of hearing, necessitating the constant companionship of specialized hearing aids. My early years led me to a unique educational path, starting at a special deaf school in Dublin from 1999 to 2004. After a brief stint at a different school in Cavan, I found myself longing for the familiarity of my deaf school.

My favourite part of taken photographs is wildlife, found out myself this place in Westmeath, so I went up for a few days and hide inside the shed at the woodland to ready and patience & the moment I saw a beautiful fox named rua the fox & she came out the woodland looking for some food and out about so i was ready for take some photographs of her, the next thing there was a great spotted woodpecker appeared of nowhere gotten some pretty cool photographs of the woodpecker as well there was an pine-martin in the area too & running round the woodland, when after noon came i started go over to riverbank to see if there a kingfisher or any others species but finally a beautiful kingfisher landed on the branch between branches and captured it so close up, Others places like phoenix park also is great place to see a herd of fallow deer to lives there & protected phoenix park cause they are very rare species in the parks, also there is Dublin zoo near phoenix park to visits.

So, I have learned how to become an avid photography through you-tube without a college course for photography, its not that hard to learn it as I’m a fast learner, My main photographic interests are wildlife and landscapes but also enjoy many others areas of photography such as still-life, macro close up, waterfalls, portraits, architecture, cities landscapes, night scenes, sports, weddings. I have learned how to use the camera and settings iso, shutter speed & aperture, using canon 1200D & R10 cameras, The canon Lens use the 75-300mm, 170-500mm, 12mm, 50mm, 18-55mm Lens. also using the Dji mini 2 for the flying for photo shoots up the sky air,
